Eileen graduated with her B.S. in Organizational Management from Keuka College, which is a combined program that encompasses business, human resources, and marketing. She began her career in business working as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Enviro-Safe Services in 2012. She then entered the world of outside sales for several Central New York companies, where she was able to combine her sales experience with identifying and addressing social media and marketing needs.

Eileen has worked with businesses of all sizes, in many different capacities. Her industry knowledge and ability to identify exactly what businesses need, how she can help, and what will work, stems from her extensive experience in the field.


Opening her own business and partnering with her sister is “an awesome adventure that gives us the opportunity to help businesses on many different levels".

In 2015 Eileen received the “Shining Star” award from the Southern Tier Binghamton Business Meet-Up and in 2016 she received the “Networker of the Year” award also, from the Southern Tier Binghamton Business Meet-Up: awards that were voted on by her peers in the local business community. From 2015-2018, she served as an Ambassador for the Watkins Glen Chamber of Commerce, serving as the Chair from 2016-2018.


On opening her own business Eileen said: “It was time to stop selling others’ dreams and time to start making my own come true. I truly enjoy helping people grow their business. It becomes a community-wide investment, because when one business starts to grow, so does the community around it." 

Anna Rotach

Co-Owner/ Director of Documentation 


Anna Rotach holds a Master of Arts in Career and Technical Education (magna cum laude) with a focus on strengthening writing and editing skills among adult learners, from the University of Central Florida, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English (cum laude) from Binghamton University. She has over ten years of documentation experience, including grant writing, editing, development, and presentation design. She has worked with companies in both New York and Florida, on projects ranging from textbook chapters to nationally awarded grants to company handbooks to instruction manuals. While attending graduate school, her research about the importance of writing skills in CTE and the American Workforce was accepted for publication.


While attending Broome Community College from 2001-2002, she received the Excellence in Literary Scholars Award, presenting original research at a national literary convention in Kent State University, Ohio. After relocating from Upstate New York to Orlando, Florida in 2014, she has embraced the local community, attending UCF where she had the opportunity to work as a Graduate Assistant in the College of Education’s Office of Research, working on national research grant proposals and submissions, educating students about presenting their original research at conferences, and guiding PhD. researchers through their awarded grant funds.


Launching this company is truly the recognition of a dream for Anna, who enjoys combining the versatile fields of marketing and publications into the possibility of creating something beautiful.

Jon Haeffner 

Illustraton/Animation/ Graphic Artist 

Jon Haeffner is an artist extraordinaire. Growing up in the Finger Lakes Region of New York State, he has a subtle appreciation for all that the eye can see. A true artist at heart, a sketchpad and pencil are never far from his reach. Jon is an illustrator, animator, and comic book artist with television production experience. He has worked with well known shows such as Nicktoons', "Alien Dawn" TV show, was a colorist on AMC TV's official webcomics for "Breaking Bad," "Better Call Saul," "Turn," and "Into the Badlands."  He has recently completed work on a self-published comic book, "Phantom Hurricane", overwhelmingly funded through Kickstarter. Jon also has Freelance animation experience with private companies and businesses working on commercials, logo design, book covers, and the list goes on. His skills include 2D Animation, Concept Art, and Illustration. His software experience includes:  After Effects, Manga Studio, Photoshop, and Premiere. Jon is an amazing asset to the Wendell Street team!

Dee comes from an extremely musical family that has spanned generations, and has been making his own music since the early age of 12. His musical experience and knowledge spans genres which include Hip Hop, R&B, Pop, Country, and Rock. Originally from Yonkers, NY, he is a graduate of Elmira Free Academy. 


His grandfather, Eugene “Chico” Waters was an Atlantic Records recording artist on Chris Hill’s “Straight Outta the Ghetto / Everything is Everything.”


His father was a guitarist and vocalist for the Blue Screen Band, while his mother was a vocalist who has sung background for artists including Mary J. Blige. 


His brother was a signed recording artist under Jermaine Dupri’s So So Def label and his cousin John John Da Don is one of the top 5 Battle Rappers in the world-known Ultimate Rap-Battle League. Another cousin, Crystal Waters (Gypsy Woman) is part of the vocal group “The Waters,” and has supplied background vocals for artists including Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, Adele, Barbara Streisand, and Anita Baker.


Dee’s uncle, Shawn “Morpheus” Waters is a vocalist, producer, and audio engineer and part of the R&B group “The Force MDs.”


Beginning his own musical career at age 18, Dee has worked for Ichor Music Group, a subsidiary for Sumerian Records. He has been fortunate to produce for French Montana, Max B., Keyshia Cole, Shad Moss (Bow Wow), the LOX, The Game, and Dave East. 

Dee is a professional audio engineer, songwriter, audio producer, and co-owner of Foundation Media Group, LLC. He has been working professionally for mainstream and independent musicians for over 10 years. Giving back to the community, he works with the local Elmira High School for an after-school curriculum, teaching students audio engineering and production. He holds community-wide events such as the annual Back 2 School Block Party at Brand Park, which he and the team at FMG Radio team have been putting together since 2016, which supplies over 1000 students with school supplies, free food, entertainment and activities.

Born into the audio industry, Curtis began creating original music compositions at the early age of 12.  What started as writing lyrics as a pre teen, evolved into a full-time audio engineering career as Co-Owner of FMG Recording Studios LLC, located in the ever-growing Region of Downtown Elmira, NY. 

With over 15 years experience in the audio engineering field, Curtis has worked with various independent & major recording artists. His portfolio includes video & audio recordings for local music artists, politicians, and businesses. What began as a hobby soon evolved into a passion for audio & video production. 


Past employment includes working with local youth at the Economic Opportunity Program, Catholic Charities, and Glove House. In these positions, Curtis discovered that incorporating Music Production with Case Management to be an effective outlet for young people facing crisis. 


When working in music and video, "The goal is to create audio/video productions that accurately reflect the client’s thoughts, feelings, and vision. We take pride in completing audio/video projects in one location without the need to outsource. This has helped us to have the most efficient means for productions and highly satisfied clients".
